Under the direction of Clara Steinauer, Swiss Prestige was founded to correct a gap in the Swiss market: granting residential estates the same level of governance, ceremony and silence that great alpine palaces reserve for their most discerning guests.

Clara observed that exceptional residences were often maintained by many hands, but rarely governed by one clear mind. Her answer was to create a Maison where palace discipline, residential intimacy and Swiss accountability meet under a single signature.

The Swiss market has always excelled at maintaining properties. Swiss Prestige exists to do something distinct: to govern residences as one governs an institution, with a clear chain of responsibility, auditable protocols, formal reports and zero margin for the ad hoc.
Each residence in our custody receives a Dossier de Maison: a living document that consolidates technical plans, provider contracts, preventive maintenance schedules, owner preferences, expense histories and a photographic record of every intervention.
It is this passage, from improvised service to documented governance, that makes us the only credible interlocutor for truly significant estates.

The Maison operates exclusively across the cantons of Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg and Valais, a perimeter chosen so that every property remains within ninety minutes of our on-duty manager. Punctuality is not a value: it is a precondition.

Our specialists wear an exclusive uniform, tailored by a Geneva atelier, with the Maison's crest discreetly embroidered on the chest. Every property manager is multilingual (French · English · German at minimum) and trained at the hospitality schools of Lausanne or Glion before joining the Maison.
